How and why did you get into this sport?
Mainly for the mental benefits after struggling with mental health previously and to push my limits.
What has been your biggest recent battle with training?
I think learning to have rest and recovery days I’m someone who always wants to push and sometimes I need to take it easier.
If we were to open your diary from the last week, what would it say?
Got my pb in the 5k of 21:28 and my second fastest time in the 10k of 47:01. I meditate for 10 minutes every morning at 5am along with 10 minutes of stretching and affirmations before I pick my phone up this grounds me and sets the intention for the day ahead. Hosting my first weekly walk in my local area of Basingstoke through my brand Mindful expeditions on Saturday.
