What has been your biggest recent battle with training?

Training for 100 miles, whilst balancing family life (3 daughters) and working in London 4 days a week

If we were to open your diary from the last week, what would it say?

Consistency. Discipline over motivation. Most days, I don't want to be running at 5.30am but I do it, regardless. Currently pivoted training from 100 mile ultra that I completed in June, to Valencia Marathon in December, getting speed work in has been the priority!
